Palo Alto College wins $225K NSF ATE Award

On March 30, 2018, Alamo Colleges District, Palo Alto College (PAC), in San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $225,000 Advanced Technological Education (ATE) award from the National Science Foundation.  The program, led by Ronnie Brannon (Principal Investigator), William Cook (Co-Principal Investigator), and Monica Ayala Jimenez (Co-Principal Investigator), will focus on leveraging Logistics and Supply Chain (L/SC) emerging technologies to better serve industry needs. The program aims to: increase the science, technology, engineering and mathematics content and technical training in PAC L/SC programs; increase L/SC student enrollment; improve L/SC student technical skills and STEM knowledge; and improve L/SC educational and workforce pipelines.
