Science Foundation Arizona (SFAz) has funded 19 STEM programs awarded through a competitive peer-reviewed process to meet the highest standards of quality, innovation and probability of making a demonstrable impact. To date, SFAz has invested $36.9 million in education, impacting 5,500 teachers and more than 240,000 students in Arizona.
These programs stimulate hands-on, innovative and imaginative science, technology, engineering, mathematics teaching and learning to bring the excitement of discovery back to the classroom.
